Retired as a duplicate rather than for anything about the work. The
migration filed this paper twice: once as Symbolic Discovery of Optimization Algorithms (LIT-090) and once as Lion: Learning with
Implicit Optimization — the optimizer’s name, not the paper’s title —
against an arXiv identifier belonging to something else entirely. Repairing
that identifier is what revealed the two notes were one paper.
Kept because the pair is the evidence for a real gap: two documents can name one source and the lint stays clean (luria#165). LIT-090 carries the reading.
