Superseded. The intent was right — a reader should be able to tell a measurement from a recollection — and the mechanism was wrong: annotating every sentence made the ones that mattered invisible among the ones that did not.
Left in place rather than deleted, for the reason any retired document is: it is the target of BOUNDARY-002, and an override pointing at nothing is an override nobody can check. A record that deletes what it supersedes loses the ability to say what changed.
