The record could not obtain Simon & Ando 1961 (LIT-1127). This sequel is cited as the place where the theorems are proved, and may state their hypotheses and error terms more fully than the open statement THEORY-661 rests on, which gives no rate in ε. It is wanted for QUESTION-221 (does near-decomposability bound dynamical dependence?), and to check CLAIM-386 (the Simon–Ando closure defect) and CLAIM-390 (dependence second order in the incoming coupling) against the original statement.
