Read it knowing that it is a four-page letter of simulations at N = 100 with one parameter point studied in detail, that its classes are defined by a threshold on outgoing weight and an out-degree cut of 20, that nothing in it measures recovery, accuracy or perturbation of a class, and that its Table I fits a core of 16 though the text says typically 14.
