Standing in the record
Filed on 2026-09-27 at the owner’s request. It belongs here rather than in the
anthology because its claims concern cognition and contextuality, not ML
practice. published: is the arXiv v1 date (2025-11-21), the first
appearance (ADR-002); the journal version appeared on 2026-06-01.
It was filed Deferred, unread. NOTE-243 is the close reading of 2026-09-27, and it placed the work: Rejected — not worth a reader’s time for its claims, because the data cannot carry them. The CHSH values come from tables whose marginals shift by up to 0.96 between contexts, the confound the record already holds against this very test design (LIT-264). The “Bose–Einstein versus Maxwell–Boltzmann” contest compares a Zipf-like curve with an exponential one on a single primed story. No goodness-of-fit statistic is reported, and there is no significance test for any LLM result.
