Standing in the record

Registered on 2026-09-29 at the owner’s request, because the owner’s prior-art novelty map (a private working document on concepts as projectors, the linear representation hypothesis and their neighbours) cites it: row 1: owner of the orthomodular subspace-lattice machinery (concept = projector, judgment = cut). It is seeded from metadata and published descriptions and has not been read here.

Identification notes: No abstract; summary from the standard account of the paper.

It was filed Deferred, unread. NOTE-275 is the close reading of 2026-09-29, and it placed the work: Active — worth reading as the founding text of quantum logic, and for its proposed axiom, which is modularity, not orthomodularity. For the orthomodular Hilbert-lattice machinery that is used today (infinite dimensions, Piron, Solèr), later work supersedes it. The paper itself calls its main conclusions “admittedly heuristic”.
