The case
A24: “Imagine assessing Henley’s poem along three dimensions: S: solidarity with the audience; M: moral condemnation of the behavior; H: humorous treatment of the subject. Different experimental contexts might jointly assess {S,M}, {M,H}, and {H,S}.” The question is whether the pairwise laws are marginals of a joint law on (S, M, H). A24 warned that “human judgments rarely satisfy the no-disturbance assumptions automatically”.
What it can show
The sheaf-theoretic question put to pragmatic judgements (CLAIM-037, LIT-016). The manuscript §3 keeps the three observables and the cover but makes the example a logical parity obstruction (CASE-035), with no note of the change. The change was made at A78, after the owner’s U29 pointer to the record’s sheaf readings, where the parity version appears as “a logical obstruction to global assignment”.
