The claim
A81, proposal v5, titled at A84 What Survives Translation? Observational Geometry and the Dynamics of Communicative Reconstruction: “Communicative objects are characterized through overlapping constraints on observables distributed across multiple, partially ordered levels of description. Translation transports these locally constrained structures between communicative environments. Its fidelity is the graded, directed preservation of observational, pragmatic, and dynamical relationships, while repeated reconstruction changes both local interpretations and their global compatibility structure.”
“The decisive conceptual change”: “a global communicative object is no longer stipulated in advance.” A84’s positioning of the contribution: “directed, potentially lossy transport between context-indexed empirical models whose observational covers can change during communicative reconstruction”, with quantum cognition reserved “for a dedicated section rather than the title”.
Why it was replaced
U31 brought information theory in, and A86 put the thesis in terms of decision-relevant information (CLAIM-026). C6’s abstract fuses the two.
