A ResearchGate entry (publication 253136010) advertises a full text, but ResearchGate refused the request (403) and who uploaded it could not be confirmed, so it was not used. The 1997 companion paper (LIT-1064) and the later "Comparing is believing" review (European Review of Social Psychology 10, 1999) are different works.
