Read in its place
The work cannot be read here, so the record holds it at second hand.
Fridman (2011) reports the third-generation meta-analysis in one sentence and a title. It pooled 13 non-clinical samples of survivors’ grandchildren (N = 1,012) to test whether trauma skips the second generation, and found no evidence of transmission. It adds the first phase of its own sample, in which survivors’ grandchildren, then infants, did not differ. It cites the paper as Attachment and Human Development 10, 1–17, not the 105–121 Crossref gives. Missing still: the effect size and its interval, the outcomes and ages pooled, whether any clinical or convenience samples were analysed, the moderator tests, and the list of studies.
