It was filed Deferred, unread. NOTE-249 is the close reading of 2026-09-27, and it placed the work: Rejected — not worth a reader’s time for its formal claims. Every correct formal ingredient is Abramsky & Brandenburger’s (LIT-016) or Abramsky, Mansfield & Barbosa’s, and both are better read in the original. What the essay adds is either unconstructed (the sheafification, the site, the seven-element Heyting algebra, the link from λ to cohomology) or wrong as stated: v2’s obstruction class is zero by construction, a sheaf topos is not in general Boolean, and classical distributions do not form a sheaf. Its only value is as a record of a position, the Bohrian reading of contextuality plus the Jaina analogy.
