The claim

A105: “Communicative identity is characterized by the observational structures and relations invariant or equivariant under specified classes of transformation. Translation, conditional generation, and repeated reconstruction transport these structures, with fidelity determined by their preservation, deformation, or loss.” “The question What survives translation? becomes mathematically sharper: What are the invariants of communicative transformation, which classes of transformation preserve them, and what happens when those symmetries are broken?”

Why it was replaced

The manuscript §1 keeps it in softer words: “communicative identity should be described through a system of relationally organized observables”, whose identity “depends on which patterns of differences, compatibility relations, and inferential consequences remain identifiable under transformation” (CLAIM-115). Before that, the crystallized argument (U38) answered the title question with “the invariants—and approximately preserved relations—of communicative transformation” (CLAIM-017).
