Why this is here

At U37 of the exchange the owner wrote “Also Kahneman, obviously, whose ideas I suspect are reflected on the record but I’m not sure of that.” The record held no reading of Kahneman. The nearest are NOTE-171 (algorithmic nudging, which takes biases as predictable “cognitive illusions” following Kahneman 2011) and LIT-1187 with NOTE-949 (Slovic on the construction of preference, with Tversky and Kahneman’s reversal data); NOTE-259, NOTE-448 and NOTE-138 mention him in passing. It is registered at the owner’s question so the record can answer it with a reading. A37 put preference construction against Arrow-style inputs (“participating in the production of the preferences it aggregates”), which bears on CLAIM-346.
