The claim

A102: “classical structuralism tends to emphasize relations within systems, whereas our proposal makes the transport, reconstruction, and transformation of those relational systems the central object of study.” A102 §3: “We do not require the structure to remain invariant. Instead, we investigate the extent to which particular relations survive, change, or cease to be jointly realizable.”

Why it was replaced

The owner quoted those two sentences at U37 (CLAIM-040). A105: “My earlier contrast between structural invariance and structural transport was too sharp.” Its replacement is CLAIM-113.
