A30: “interpretive frames aren’t merely alternative coordinate systems for describing an unchanged meaning. Applying one frame can transform the state on which subsequent frames operate. That is a significant departure from our earlier relativistic analogy.” Frames are operations T_f on a reader’s interpretive state, and T_f T_g ≠ T_g T_f is possible (CLAIM-052).

What it is not

Not a projector in a Hilbert space by default: A30 shows classical stochastic operations can also fail to commute (TERM-024, CASE-001). The manuscript §9: “Write A and B for stochastic framing operations.”

Why it is still Active

TERM-018 took the intervention sense of A30’s operators. The operator on an interpretive state survives as the manuscript’s stochastic framing operations (§9), and A129 derives it from do(I = a) (CLAIM-127).
